Privacy Notice — Find Jobs by Cabirx

• Account: name, email, login and verification records.
• Resume and profile: the resume you upload or paste, parsed skills, roles, locations and preferences.
• Workspace: searches, matches, saved jobs, applications, tracker notes, follow-up dates.
• Billing: plan, pass duration and Razorpay payment references. Card/bank details stay with Razorpay.
• Product telemetry and ad attribution: page and funnel events (see §4). Never resume content or search terms.

To run your job search (matching, ranking, application help), deliver the daily hunt, process payment, prevent abuse, and measure the funnel. Your resume is not shared with recruiters without your explicit action and is not sold. Cabirx does not use candidate resumes to train its own shared models. When configured AI providers process resume text, their handling is governed by those providers’ applicable terms and the configuration Cabirx uses. The Compliance page identifies the active provider categories and the data categories they receive.

Hosting and database, email delivery (Resend), payments (Razorpay), job-search providers and AI providers — listed with live configuration on the Compliance page. Each sees only what its job needs.

If you arrive from Meta/Instagram ads, we record standard funnel events (page view, signup, purchase after verified payment, first search) with campaign attribution. No resume text, job-search terms or sensitive personal data is sent to ad platforms. See Contact to ask questions.

Workspace data is retained while your account is active and for a limited period after, per the retention windows on the Compliance page. You can request export or deletion at support@cabirx.com. Deletion removes your resume and workspace; anonymised billing records required for tax and dispute handling are retained.
