Candidate data stays private by default
Resume and job-search data belongs to the candidate workspace. It is not automatically exposed to recruiters.

Cabirx has two products with different data. Find Jobs protects candidate-owned resume data. Find Candidates works with bounded public professional evidence. Both remain human-controlled.

Find Candidates is designed around public-profile/public-web evidence and does not automate private account access.
Candidate fit scores and recruiter rankings help prioritize review. They do not apply, reject, hire, contact, or negotiate automatically.
Candidate purchases and recruiter subscriptions use separate ledgers with server-side usage enforcement.
Fit explanations show evidence and gaps so users can verify what the system inferred instead of accepting an opaque score.
Support, billing, retention, access, and platform health are visible to authorized administrators.
What Cabirx does not do
If a workflow would require private access, hidden contact enrichment, or an automated employment decision, it is outside the intended product.
Candidates upload or paste their own resume, review job matches, decide what to apply to, and control their application history. Future recruiter discovery requires explicit consent.
See Find Jobs →Recruiters search public professional signals, review evidence and confidence, verify source profiles, and make the final sourcing and hiring decisions themselves.
See employer product →Covers both Find Jobs by Cabirx and Find Candidates by Cabirx. The same snapshot our operations team reviews powers this summary. Support responds across 4 priority tiers and every vendor relationship is tracked in a 6-category register.
