Refund & Cancellation Policy

Prepaid passes, no auto-renew — so there is nothing to cancel. Last updated September 2026.

1. No cancellation needed

Passes expire by themselves (7 or 30 days). No auto-renew means no cancellation flow and no surprise charges. Expired passes keep your history; only fresh provider work needs a new pass.

2. Payment or service problems

  • Payment captured, pass not activated: contact support from your account email. We verify the Razorpay payment and either restore the paid pass or approve a refund where activation cannot be completed.
  • Duplicate charge: contact support with both Razorpay payment references. A verified duplicate payment for the same intended pass is eligible for refund.
  • Service incident: if our systems cannot serve an allowance you paid for, the allowance is preserved first; where the paid benefit cannot reasonably be restored within the pass window, we review the unused share for refund or equivalent service credit.

3. Usability commitment

Zero usable matches in your first paid Sprint week (defined in the Terms) earns a 7-day extension at no charge — claimed by email, no forms.

4. How to claim

Write to support@cabirx.com from your account email within 14 days of purchase with the plan, date and what happened. Approved refunds are sent to the original Razorpay payment method. Bank/card settlement time depends on Razorpay and the payment provider. Chargebacks and disputes are handled through Razorpay; an upheld refund ends the pass created by that payment but preserves your history.

5. Not refundable

Consumed allowances (searches already delivered, assists already generated) are not refundable — the provider cost is already spent. Change-of-mind after use is not refundable; expiry without use is not refundable.
