Terms of Service — Find Jobs by Cabirx

A prepaid, time-limited job-search pass — not a subscription. Three passes exist:

• Sprint — ₹99: 7 days, 2 manual searches/day, up to 12 fresh matched jobs/day, company-career/ATS/global discovery, 10 application assists.
• Lite — ₹199: 30 days, 1 manual search/day, up to 8 fresh matched jobs/day, company-career/global discovery, 15 application assists.
• Active — ₹299: 30 days, 3 manual searches/day, up to 15 fresh matched jobs/day, deep company-career/global discovery, 30 application assists, newest-posting priority.

All passes include interview briefs, follow-up drafts and a daily hunt email while active. There is no customer-facing free tier: fresh searches, resume AI parsing, scans and application help start only after verified payment.

Payment is collected once per pass via Razorpay. Card and bank details are handled by Razorpay; Cabirx never sees or stores them. Nothing renews automatically. When a pass expires, your account, saved jobs and application history remain available, but fresh provider-backed work requires a new pass.

Your contract is measured in manual searches remaining, daily hunt entitlement, application assists remaining and pass expiry — shown in the product, never in internal credits. If our systems temporarily cannot serve an allowance you paid for, that is our incident: the allowance is preserved, never silently consumed. See Refunds.

Usable match means a job delivered to your workspace that matches your stated role family and location eligibility and links to a live application destination. If your first paid week delivers zero usable matches, write to support@cabirx.com within 14 days of purchase with your account email and we extend your hunt by 7 days at no charge. One extension per purchase.

No employment guarantee. No guaranteed interviews. No automatic applications — you apply, we prepare. We do not claim exclusive or hidden jobs, coverage of every company career page, or listings unavailable elsewhere. Listings are fresh public opportunities, company career pages and ATS surfaces, ranked against your resume.

One account per person. Do not share passes, scrape the product, misrepresent your resume, or use the service for anyone but yourself. We may suspend accounts that abuse provider capacity or violate these terms, with unused pass value refunded pro-rata where the suspension was our error.
